Recently, we got a notice from our risk control department, here is our notice. When you deposit or withdrawal EOS/ADA/XRP or other crypto currencies , please remember to fill in the MEMO accurately. Otherwise, the crypto currency may not be arrived on time or encounter missing.

Failure to correctly filling-in the MEMO requires five working days processing. The non-essential labor costs will be borne by the users. To avoid unnecessary losses, users are expected to fill in accurately.
